Once we receive a valid notice, we will act promptly (for example, removing or disabling access to the infringing material) where required.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. The counter-notice must contain:
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removed content was a mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless the complainant initiates legal action within a stated time (e.g. 10–14 business days), we may restore the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts or remove access privileges of users who repeatedly submit infringing content, at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. No Waiver & Reservation of Rights
Nothing in this policy shall be construed as a waiver of any rights under copyright law. We may take other enforcement actions as allowed by law, whether or not a formal DMCA notice has been filed.
6. Limitation & Disclaimer
- We do not monitor all content continuously. We rely on copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringements.
- Removal or disabling of content does not equate to admission of infringement.
- This policy does not apply to content that is posted by us or our authorized authors, unless otherwise specified.
